My goal is to get stronger. This week went alright for me. Nothing really went well because of my cold. It makes me hard to run, also do drills at practice, and also hard for me at my games. This is all the things that are bad. Something I hope will change is the state of my cold so I can run better. My goal for next will be able to play 5 minutes or more at a time in my game because right now I can only play 2 minutes at a time right now. Technology has not because I have not started lifting.
