This week was okay because I could only workout twice so far, one thing I wanted to go better was to workout more. I did 10 min abs, arms, legs, and I ran for 30 mins each time. I did this at my house. Next week I plan to workout 4 to 5 times next week. Technology helped by using a timer. Only thing I would change is how many times I workout.
