My goal was to get stronger, and the purpose of it was to get stronger for sports. The reason I wanted to get bigger/stronger is for sports. The reason it would be helpful in sports is so then I could body up bigger guys, finish layups in traffic better, also much more with sports, but also just to look better, and feel better, too. Some ways I achieved my goal was by working out 3 to 5 times week, and I plan to keep doing that because then I can stay fit, and get ready for my up coming sports, too. There was a lot of ways I achieved this, one was by practicing basketball for my school basketball team for four weeks 5 times a week. Another was working out after school 3-5 times a week. Some of the workouts I did we’re legs, cardio, arms, biceps, chest, abs, back, shoulders, and some others, too. Also by playing outside a lot, too because after school I would do that for an hour or more when it was nice. Some ways I didn’t achieve my goal was in a couple ways. One was by not going 100% the whole time when I was working out. Also I could’ve worked out more days, or for a little longer when I did workout, too. I hope it helps me in high school, because of all the sports I play; and this would be very useful for me to get stronger. I plan to keep working at this so I can keep improving, for sports, and just for myself. For in the future, and also right now, too. I plan to continue hopefully through my whole life, too.

Week 9- PGP
This week went good I only worked out twice, one thing I would want to change is to work out more that week. I did legs, cardio, arms, abs, and chest. Everything went good this week actually. Technology helped by the timer app.
PGP- Week 8
This week was okay because I could only workout twice so far, one thing I wanted to go better was to workout more. I did 10 min abs, arms, legs, and I ran for 30 mins each time. I did this at my house. Next week I plan to workout 4 to 5 times next week. Technology helped by using a timer. Only thing I would change is how many times I workout.
PGP- Week 7
I worked out 3 times this week, and I did abs, biceps, and legs. Everything went good, except for being sore; some things I would change is some more workouts. Next weeks goal is to do more workouts, and for longer. Technology helped by using the timer on my phone.
PGP- Week 6
This week I did 36 push-ups, I did 9 pull-ups, I did 55 sit-ups, I did a 1:30 plank, I did 20 reps with 15 lbs. dumbbells. I did 52 grass pickers, I did 60 crunches, and I did 35 squats. Everything went good, but one bad thing was being sore. I did it at my house right after school. I did it 4 times this week so far. I would change nothing, and technology did help by spreadsheet organizing all my stuff.

PGP- Week 4
I did 50 sit-ups in one minute, 10 pull-ups, and 35 push-ups. I did this at my house, after school. Everything went well hope to improve my numbers next week, and also do more tests, too. Technology helped by using the timer on my phone.
PGP- Week 5
I tested my push-ups, and got 35 at my house. I am going to be testing next week I think. I will do it at my house.
PGP Week 3
I went to one basketball practice, and also shoveled my driveway, too. I didn’t work out but shoveling really helped my arms, and abs. I did it by myself, and technology didn’t help this time. Next week I hope to actually work out to get stronger.
Week 2- Blog Post
My goal is to get stronger. This week went alright for me. Nothing really went well because of my cold. It makes me hard to run, also do drills at practice, and also hard for me at my games. This is all the things that are bad. Something I hope will change is the state of my cold so I can run better. My goal for next will be able to play 5 minutes or more at a time in my game because right now I can only play 2 minutes at a time right now. Technology has not because I have not started lifting.
Blog post week 1
For my personal goal is to get stronger this term. I will work out four to six times a week through this term, and even after, too. I want to get stronger because it will help me in sports. I will organize this all by using spreadsheets. I will work on abs, chest, shoulder, arms, biceps, back, and legs. Every time I work out I will work out for an hour to hour half on the days I work out for. Also, basketball practices, and games will help, too. I will work out at my house or a gym
